From polymerization and polycondensation to spinning and heat setting, the entire chemical fiber textile process relies on precise and stable thermal systems. We supply thermal oil heaters as the core heat source for production lines, matched with air duct heaters to supply air for setting machines. Flue gas waste heat recovery units can also be configured to recover heat from the exhaust gas of setting machines. The hot air is well-distributed, effectively reducing energy consumption.
